  I have ordered here 3x and yesterday will be my last. The food is hit or miss. It took just under 2 hours to get our food delivered leaving my family grumpy and starving. I called 2x checking on the status and was not given accurate information. Food was cold and did not taste good. Calamari was mushy. Hubby said cheese in his lasagna tasted old but was too hungry to stop eating and wanted me to know that in case he got sick lol. Our toddler daughter wouldn't really eat her pasta and she loves pasta. Our son liked his chicken parm hero. I like the convenience of ordering online but not worth the subpar food and service. I did receive apologies when I called and from the delivery person, hence the 3 stars.
